About

The Georgia Tech Waterski Club exists as a sports club of Georgia Tech to offer the Georgia Tech community the opportunity to compete in and enjoy watersports. The club provides a fun and exciting atmosphere where members are encouraged to learn about different water sports, how to drive a boat, and how to run a sports club organization.

Meetings

If you love the water, or just want to try some of these sports out come join us; we’ll get you in the boat having fun on the water in no time. Trips and meetings are scheduled on the¬†Facebook¬†group.

History

The Waterski club was founded in 1977 and is a founding member of the South Atlantic Conference. We have a long history of great performance and were right on the cusp of the invention of wake boarding in the early 1990s, and now wake surfing is all of the rage.

I am a 13 year old water skier that started skiing approximately 2 years ago. I have been looking at colleges to attend. I would love to attend a college with a water ski team. Can you tell me what it takes to get a scholarship or get accepted to the team.
